Distribution Reinvestment Plan

On September 30, 2006, the Trust implemented a distribution reinvestment plan (the "DRIP").  The DRIP provides eligible unitholders with the opportunity to reinvest their cash distributions in additional units at 95% of the average market price (as defined in the DRIP).
