Ronald P. Mathison ^{(Chairman of the Board)}

Mr. Mathison is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Matco Investments Ltd. and Matco Capital Ltd., private investment firms which specialize in the restructuring of financially troubled companies as well as providing capital and management expertise to such companies.  Mr. Mathison is also on the board of directors of CalFrac Well Services Ltd., serving as Chairman since 1999.
 

Lorne Gartner ^{(1) (2)}

Mr. Gartner is an independent businessman. Formerly he was the Managing Director of Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, a position he held from 2000 to 2006.  Prior to that time, he was a Vice President of Royal Bank of Canada Calgary Energy Group. 
 

Dennis G. Miller ^{(1) (2)}

Mr. Miller is President of Gargoyle Capital Corp. (a private investment company).  Until 2004, Mr. Miller was the President and Chief Executive Officer of V/I Canada, Inc., a Varco Company (formerly ICO Canada, Inc. and MilCorp Industries Limited), a group of oilfield services companies which included Miller Oilfield Hauling, Superior Inspection and MasterKote (all based in Nisku, Alberta) specializing in the delivery of tubular services throughout western and northern Canada.
 

Robert O'Callaghan ^{(1) (2)}

Mr. O'Callaghan has been an independent businessman since October 2003 with primary interests in real estate and agriculture.  Prior thereto, Mr. O'Callaghan held the position of Senior Investment Executive Vice President, Private Client Division, at BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
 

Terry Rosentreter ^{(President & CEO)}

Mr. Rosentreter has been the President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2000.  Prior thereto, he was the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tetonka Drilling Inc.  Mr. Rosentreter has 30 years of experience in the oil and gas drilling services industry, both in operations and management.
