Terry Rosentreter

Mr. Rosentreter has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Pantera Drilling Inc. since May 2000.  Mr. Rosentreter has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas drilling services industry, both in operations and management.  Prior thereto, he was the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tetonka Drilling Inc.  Mr. Rosentreter is also a member of the CAODC Drilling Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Lorne Gartner

Independent businessman since 2006. Formerly he was managing Director of Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets (based in Houston). Mr. Gartner was employed by Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets and Royal Bank of Canada for over 38 years.

Ronald P. Mathison

President, Matco Investments Ltd. (a private investment company). Chairman of CalFrac Well Services Ltd.

Dennis G. Miller

President of Gargoyle Capital Corp. (a private investment company).  Prior to 2004, President and Chief Executive Officer of V/I Canada Inc., a Varco Company.  Mr. Miller is  director of ExAlta Energy Inc. and Chairman of Enform, an industry-driven initiative designed to enhance the safety and training of Canadian petroleum industry workers.

Robert O'Callaghan

Independent businessman since October 2003.  Prior thereto, Senior Investment Executive Vice President, Private Client Division, of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
