Terry Rosentreter, President & CEO

Mr. Rosentreter has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Pantera Drilling Inc. since May 2000.  Prior thereto, he was the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tetonka Drilling Inc.  Mr. Rosentreter is also a member of the CAODC Drilling Executive Committee and Board of Directors.  Mr. Rosentreter has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas drilling services industry, both in operations and management. 

Lorna Pollock, CFO

Ms. Pollock is the Chief Financial Officer of Pantera Drilling Inc. and the newest member of the management team. Ms. Pollock is a Chartered Accountant with experience in service industries in Canada and the United States where she oversaw all aspects of business operations, including financial management, business development, and information technology. She has served at the senior executive level for over 16 years including positions as a Controller, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Executive Director.

Gregory Fox, Controller

Mr. Fox has been a Certified General Accountant since 1992 and joined Pantera in June 2005.  From January 2000 to July 2005, Mr. Fox was President of Crego Enterprises Ltd., operating as Alberta Toner Cartridge Recyclers, and from 1995 to 1999 he held various management positions with Pacalta Resources Ltd., including Controller and Treasurer.
