Terry Rosentreter, President & CEO

Terry Rosentreter has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Pantera Drilling Inc. since May 2000. Prior thereto, he was the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tetonka Drilling Inc. Terry is also a member of the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC) Drilling Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Terry has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both in operations and executive management.
 

Lorna Pollock, CFO

Lorna Pollock has been the Chief Financial Officer of Pantera Drilling Inc. since April 2006. Lorna is a Chartered Accountant with experience in service industries in Canada and the United States where she oversaw all aspects of business operations, including financial management, business development, and information technology. Lorna has served at the senior executive level for over 20 years including positions as Controller, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Executive Director.
 

Blair Wagner, VP Operations

Blair Wagner has been the Vice President of Operations, of Pantera Drilling Inc. since January 2008. Prior to that he was an Operations Manager for Saxon Energy Services, mainly helping oversee Saxon's South American business units. Blair also spent several years as the Operations Manager of Stoneham Drilling Inc. where he oversaw the day to day operation of the rig fleet. Blair also oversaw the construction of 13 rigs including heavy doubles, mechanical triples and AC drive electric triples. Blair has over 30 years in the industry starting as a floor hand and progressing to the position of Rig Manager, and then on to his present position.
 

Chris Gnyra, Contracts Manager

Chris Gnyra has been the Contracts Manager at Pantera Drilling Inc. since 2006. Prior to Pantera Drilling Inc., Chris was the Contracts Manager for Drillers Technology Corporation and Drillers Technology de Mex. Chris is a management graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and also received his Bachelor of Management degree majoring in Finance from the University of Lethbridge. Chris also is an active member on the CAODC Legal and Contracts Committee. Chris has over 15 years experience in various levels of responsibility from field operations to corporate management.
 

Regis Masse, Safety Manager

Regis Masse has been the Safety Manager at Pantera Drilling Inc. since 2000. Prior to Pantera Drilling Inc. Regis worked both in the safety service field and in the drilling industry. Regis has over 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
 

Gregory Fox, Controller

Gregory Fox has been a Certified General Accountant since 1992 and joined Pantera Drilling Inc. in 2005. From January 2000 to July 2005, Greg was President of Crego Enterprises Ltd. operating as Alberta Toner Cartridge Recyclers, and from 1995 to 1999 he held various management positions with Pacalta Resources Ltd. including Controller and Treasurer.
